Yoga.
Each day we’ll meet on our mats, connecting to both alignment and intuitive movement. All levels are welcome and encouraged, including and especially beginners! Support and modifications will be plentiful. Ease and gentleness will be cultivated. We’ll play with body awareness and self-love, growing each a little every day!
Hot/Cold Therapy.
Contrast therapy is an ancient practice utilized by cultures around the world for millenia, from traditional onsens in Japan, to plunge pools and saunas in Scandinavia, to the sweat lodges of Native American tribes. While it’s popularity has resurfaced in the fitness community for the physical benefits, the advantages extend far beyond this to the enhanced mood, cognition and warrior spirit.
Breathwork & Cacao.
We’ll be joined by ceremonial space holder Katie Mayeux as she guides us in receiving the heart opening medicine of cacao, then takes us on a deep inner journey through the active meditation technique of intentional breathwork.
What will our days look like?
Day 1:
Arrive at Cyril E. King International Airport in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, where you will be picked up via safari bus and brought to Blue Skies Magen's Bay, your home for the next four days!
Unpack and settle in while enjoying a fresh, light snack.
Get involved by helping make Caribbean Ceviche with local fish, fruits, and veggies!
Welcome yourself onto your mat for the weekend with a relaxing, grounding sunset yoga session.
Meet, greet and set intention at our Opening Ceremony.
Enjoy a relaxing dinner at the villa.
Get acquainted with the Caribbean night sky with stargazing from our private pool deck.
Day 2:
Explore the practice of Noble Silence with a quiet morning walk to Platform Beach.
Wake up the body with a Rise & Shine Heart-Opening Beach Yoga Session.
Cool off from yoga and let Mother Ocean cleanse and caress you as you enjoy a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.
What’s the only thing better than breakfast in bed? You got it, breakfast on the beach.
Hop on a group ferry to the nearby island of St. John, where we’ll hike the short, rewarding Lind Point Trail overlooking Cruz Bay. A group meditation will be offered at the top.
Enjoy a late lunch at local, delicious St. John restaurant, Long Boards, before heading back to St. Thomas on the ferry.
Unwind with a gentle, restorative yoga session at the villa, before being joined by Katie Mayeux as she leads us in our private group cacao and breathwork ceremony.
Integrate our day’s experience over dinner, before enjoying a relaxing open evening at the villa.
Day 3:
Welcome the day with morning meditation.
Enjoy a light, locally sourced breakfast at the villa before group transport to our days off-site location.
Connect to body and breath, dropping into our inner worlds with gentle yoga and pranayama.
Next, explore the practice of hot/cold therapy, guided and held by our experienced Darcy Dau, while enjoying some of the best views the island has to offer.
Anchor your experience with a designated journaling session.
Enjoy a delicious lunch of vegan burgers from Speedy Redemptions, St. Thomas.
Continue warming and stoking the purifying flames with fireside ceremony to help release what no longer serves.
Explore deeper embodiment through yoga and TRE (trauma releasing exercise).
Return to villa for relaxing and replenishing meal, locally sourced, of course!
Day 4:
Rise early and head down to the world famous beach at Magen’s Bay, via Magen’s Bay Trail.
On one of the world’s top 10 best beaches, practice a Rise & Shine morning yoga practice followed by a final breakfast on the beach.
Enjoy some free play time in Magen’s Bay.
Anchor in your weekend in our Closing Circle.
Offering of lunch and return to airport transportation.

4 days, 3 nights accommodations at the beautiful, private, oceanside villa
All group transportation on island, including airport pick-up and drop-off
